Mercantile and Fruition
Both restaurants, Fruition Restaurant, Mercantile dining & provision are featuring ready-to-bake pot pies in my handmade pottery. Alex Seidel, chef and owner of Fruition and Mercantile have been fortunate to find themselves featured as Chef of the Year and Best Restaurant rankings in numerous local and national magazines and guides including Denver Magazine, 5280, Bon Appetite, Gayot, and Zagat, and alumni from the restaurants have gone on to receive similar honors. More on Alex and his restaurants here.
Coohills Restaurant and Bar
Opened its doors to Denver’s hip LoDo neighborhood in 2011. The restaurant’s namesake husband-and-wife team Tom and Diane Coohill brought their complementary expertises together to create a unique and appealing dining experience reminiscent of that found in restaurants in Europe, with a focus on local, regional and farm-fresh ingredients. Ask for my handmade pottery when you visit Coohills.
